HIIT Yoga

If you want to bring more flexibly into your weight lifting or more strength into your yoga practice, this class is for you! Enjoy 45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with yoga postures and stretches woven throughout. This is class will have you work up a sweat before cooling you off with deep strengths and calming poses. No prior yoga or HIIT background is necessary.
