Fat does not make you fat, carbohydrates do!

You know sugar is bad.  Well… starchy carbs reduce down to sugar.

If your goal is to lose weight, you must cut out the extra carbs!

Yes fruit and veggies have carbs but they are the “good carbs”.  Choose organic & local and eat raw whenever possible.  Lean meat should be organic, grass fed and pasture raised.  Fish should be wild, NOT farm raised. cheese

You can achieve your weight loss goals in 2014.  It just takes better nutrition along with great workouts.
