Becca Makarita
Becca walked away from a successful kitchen/bath designer career over 15 years ago to pursue her dream of actually changing lives, not just cabinets.
With over 45 years of personal experience in taking care of her body with strength training, cardio, yoga and mobility training, it was time to help others do the same.

“I believe there is a unique light within every person and that the human body is both a miraculous gift, and a responsibility to let that light shine. I believe taking baby steps to improve the health of the mind, body and soul, at any age will lead to a better quality of life; a life of being able to travel, play golf and other recreations, enjoy family and friend activities, and to do the things that make life special.
I consider it a blessing to be in a position to help facilitate those baby steps, and to improve lives, one amazing human at a time.”

Jackie guided me through a workout that challenged me but also was sensitive to my recovery from surgery. It was my first start at exercising after a long time and she was great at pushing but not allowing me to be over zealous and do too much.
