Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. This class will emphasize proper body alignment, core strength and over-all balance. With its background in yoga, the class will give you a nice stretch while building long, lean muscles. 

Wenndy Green, our Pilates instructor, recently moved from Virginia to OIB. She has worked in the fitness industry since 2006 teaching Body Sculpt, Zumba, Barre, Step and Pilates.
Wenndy is an AAFA certified group exercise instructor 
American College of Sports Medicine personal trainer 
Certified Pilates instructor and Medical Assistant working in Orthopedics.
