Come check out this class on Monday & Wednesday mornings @ 9am with Beth. Spin & Lift is sure to give your legs and upper body a great workout! You will stay on the bike the entire class but you will use hand weights during a few songs to tone your upper body.
60 minute fun, athletic, cardiovascular indoor cycling classes – the ultimate calorie killer. Start pedaling and let go as the music takes you on the ride of your life along various terrains, speeds and intensities. Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat!! Participants can burn an average of 500-600 calories in one session. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate.
Reservations required. Members/10 Pass Holders may reserve a bike 48 hours in advance. Non-members may reserve a bike 24 hours in advance by calling 910-575-0975 (class pass may be purchased online or by phone when reserving a bike.)
