I love Brittany’s yoga classes. Brittany has a way of making each class challenging enough for someone who has done yoga for years, yet basic enough, with good explanation of the yoga poses, for those who have only been yogis for a short time. She is attentive to our alignment and helps us to make adjustments when necessary. Brittany’s classes are always well planned, and she explains to us exactly what parts of our bodies we are working on, with cautionary advice so as to prevent injuries.
